Code Name Jade: Ms. X(ep.2)Metro cut

                            

Here is the episode 2 of my mini series Code Name Jade: Ms.X. The style and tone I was going for
was black comedy mixed with a subtle dab of femdom. The costume design was put together to give the sense of death, while the business at hand conducted by the women. I give a big thanks to the cinematographers; Harvey Li & Arthur Mah for doing an excellent job framing, and lighting the set. When I was doing location scouting at my folks place I considered the kitchen and the living room, but my girlfriend decided the living room is more pretty and posh. This was an excellent decision because the composition was beautiful. I love legs especially knee high black boots. Women look very dominating in them, and this adds to the world building I'm trying to create where the underworld is filled with gangsters, butchers and killers. The actors did an amazing job making the characters over the top and larger than life. This adds to the black comedy element I'm trying to create.
